Mid-box industrial and warehouse developer Tungsten Properties has received planning consent from Tamworth Council for four new high specification industrial and warehouse units at Amington Industrial Estate, Sandy Way in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

Known as Tungsten Park Tamworth, the units will range from 9,000 sq ft to 54,500 sq ft and will be available for occupation either on leasehold or freehold terms from the first quarter of 2022 providing up to 50 jobs.

The new units will provide turn-key fit-out options will be available so that businesses can move straight in.
